CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
• Stereosonic is a LICENSED 18+ EVENT only. No exceptions.
• VALID/CURRENT Photo ID is required (Passport, Photo Driver License or Keypass) for entry. Student University cards WILL NOT be accepted.
• There are strictly NO PASSOUTS at all Stereosonic events.
• Line-up is subject to change without notice and varies in each city. Refunds will not be given for tickets in any case.
• All patrons and staff will be wrist-banded on entry to the event. ANY patrons with no wristband that are on site will be ejected immediately.
• Professional Cameras are not allowed on site: you must get a media access pass, you are allowed to bring point and shoot cameras but not SLR’s or professional cameras.
• No 3rd party promotional items including flyers, posters, stickers, wristbands or tickets
• No liquids are permitted on site for security reasons. There is free water on site.
• No food, alcohol or beverages are allowed to be brought onto the site.
• No weapons, glass, metal objects, fireworks, glowsticks, laser pointers, umbrellas, portable seats, hampers, eskies, sporting equipment or dangerous
• goods are permitted on site.
• No animals are permitted on site (apart from authorised guide/companion dogs).
• No inflatable swimming pools, animals etc will be allowed onsite
• No recording devices such as video cameras or audio recorders are allowed on site.
• Stereosonic has a “TOPS ON” policy. Anyone not wearing tops (singlet, bikini top, t-shirt etc…) will be rejected at the gate. Anyone inside the event not wearing a top will have their wristband removed and will be ejected from the event.
• Intimidating behavior will not be tolerated.
• Please arrive and depart in an orderly fashion and respect our neighbors, so we can return next year.
• You may be filmed at this event for the purposes at the sole discretion of Stereosonic.
• Stereosonic will not take Responsibility for cloaked items.
• Where rides are on site, rides will be ridden at patrons own Risk. Stereosonic accepts not responsibility for this.

• Any and all footage taken by patrons on camera, mobile phone or any recording device is subject to Copyright Laws. Stereosonic and its artists give no permission for filming, photographing or any recordings. Where used in any public medium without written authorization from Stereosonic, Stereosonic may prosecute.
• Some events are subject to approval from the Liquor Licensing Commission or Office of Liquor and Gaming.
• By entering these events and using our Medical facilities you consent to Stereosonic having access to your medical information.

Q. Is this an all age’s event?
A. NO, it is a 18+ Event. Proof of Age identification will be required and wristbands will be issued for those wishing to purchase alcohol at the event and all those who enter the event.

Q. Can I drive to the venue and park?
A. EVENT CAR PARKING
There will be three event car parks utilised for the event:
1. Car Park P1
2. Car Park P3

Q. Should I catch public transport?
A. Public transport is recommended if you are planning to attend this event.

PUBLIC BUSES
STA Busses will run past the event site along Herb Elliot Drive as per normal schedule.
For timetables, travel plans, ticket and fare information call the Transport Infoline on 131 500 between 6.00am and 10.00pm seven days a week; interactive voice response 24 hours a day.

TRAINS
General Services will run as per schedule for services going into Olympic Park via Central Station servicing all Sydney and regional lines. The details of these services will be available for viewing on the following websites:

PUBLIC PICK UP POINT
There is a ‘Public Set Down Area’ on herb Elliot Drive.
All Parent and private pickups are advised to be planned from this point.

Will there be police at the event?
A. YES, you can count on it. We have been working closely with police to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all. Any drug activity, antisocial behaviour and general public safety issues will be monitored and managed closely by the event staff, security and police.

Q. Will I be able leave the event at any time and be allowed back via a pass out system?
A. NO, there are no pass outs given at the event. Once you leave the event you will not be allowed back in.

Q. Will there be access for mobility impaired people?
A. Yes, mobility parking is available within the nearby Public Car Parks. Mobility access to the event is available with toilets provided for mobility patrons. Security and event staff at the gate and car parks can assist with access support if required by notification at entry gates upon arrival. Q. Will food and beverages be available at the event?
A. Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the event site. Food and beverages will include all the usual beverage types including fresh juices, tea and coffee, gelato and a variety of hot food.

Q. Will there be ATM machines at the event at the event?
A. YES, there will also be an ATM Machine area within the event site that will be accessible to all patrons.

Please bring ample cash with you as we also tend to run out of cash at these events so please be prepared and don’t rely on cash access or availability all day.

Q. Will toilets be available at the event?
A. Numerous and an ample amount of portable toilets will be available at the event for patron use. There will be more that one location around the site of portable toilets so they can be accessed easily throughout the event. All toilet areas will also cater to disabled /mobility impaired persons.
When at an event please plan your toilet trips as they may be queues. Public urination and improper conduct will result in ejection from the event and police fines. There will also be downloadable map available at the event website that shows locations closer to the event date.

Q. Will there be seating at the event?
A. Assorted table and chair seating will be available within the event site. No raised seating will be permitted onto the event site.

Q. What happens if the event is cancelled?
A. This event is scheduled to go ahead rain or shine; however extreme weather may result in a cancellation for safety reasons. Cancellation of the event will be broadcast via media outlets such as radio, TV and websites. There will be personnel at gates to inform anyone who missed out on messages via media. All VMS signage will be changed to display cancellation messages.

Q. Is there anything I should remember to bring to the event?
A. Gates open at 12pm for this event. Remember to wear suitable attire for the weather (hats, sunscreen if hot). If you wish to enter the event or an age restricted area, you MUST show Proof of Age identification upon entry.

Q. Is there anything I should NOT bring to the event?
A. You must NOT bring any of the following items into the venue:
• food or beverages including water (other than for personal special dietary requirements)
• raised seating
• umbrellas
• video cameras or professional recording equipment or professional cameras (SLR/DSLR), we only allow point and shoot cameras
• glass
• knifes, weapons, packages or fireworks;
• any object that could be used to distract, hinder or interfere with any patrons including a laser pointers;
• any flags with poles;
• animals (apart from authorised guide / companion dogs);
• any dangerous goods; and
• any other items deemed by management to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance. Any items considered unsafe will be confiscated upon entry bag checks

Q. Can I Smoke at the event?
A. YES, you can smoke at the event only in licensed areas of the event. Within these licensed areas are designated smoking areas where patrons can smoke. Smoking outside these areas is prohibited as the event site will be non smoking.
Smoking inside enclosed areas is prohibited. Smoking is at your own risk and you are expected to abide by health laws pertaining to smoking.

Q. Can I purchase tobacco products at the event?
A. NO, There will be no retail facilities for smoking products and there will be no pass outs allowed.

Q. Will my bags be searched at the event?
A. Yes, bag checks will be carried out upon entry to event and there will be no pass outs issued.

Q. Will there be cloak room at the event?
A. Yes, bag, jackets and other items will be able to be checked into the cloak room. There will be a designated cloak room area and will incur a charge.

Q. I have special dietary / medical needs; can I bring food, medication or specific beverages to the event?
A. Yes you can…..you can request this and gain approval via email /fax to Mothership Music office. Any persons wishing to register their arrival with such items and specific needs can do so by contacting:
