National Stereosonic Conditions of Entry

Entry is at own risk. The right to refuse entry is reserved.

 

Stereosonic is a licensed 18+ event only. No exceptions.

 

Valid Photo ID is required for entry (Passport, Photo Driver License or Keypass /

Proof of Age Card). Student University and/or Public Transport cards will not be accepted.

 

There are strictly no pass-outs at any Stereosonic event.

 

All patrons entering the site must have a valid ticket. Patrons on site without a valid event ticket will be ejected immediately.

 

By entering the event and using the first aid and/or medical facilities provided, you consent to the promoter having access to your medical information.

 

The Promoter and the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the premises.

 

No liquids are permitted on site for security reasons. There is free water provided on site at various multiple locations.

 

No alcohol or open bottles are allowed to be brought onto the site, all plastic soft drink and water bottles (under 600ml) will have the caps removed upon entry into the venue.

 

No animals are permitted on site, excluding authorized guide/companion dogs.

 

No recording devices such as video cameras or audio recorders are allowed on site. Professional cameras of any kind are not allowed on site without authority from the Promoters.

 

Any and all footage taken by patrons on camera, mobile phone or any recording device

is subject to Copyright Laws. Stereosonic and its artists give no permission for filming,

photographing or any recordings. Where used in any public medium without written

authorisation from the promoter, Stereosonic may prosecute.

 

You may be filmed at this event for the purposes at the sole discretion of Stereosonic.

 

Stereosonic has a “TOPS ON” policy. Anyone not wearing tops (singlet, t-shirt etc) will

be rejected at the gate. Anyone inside the event not wearing a top will have their

wristband removed and will be ejected from the event.

 

Please arrive and depart in an orderly fashion and respect our neighbors, so we can

return next year.

 

The promoter will not take Responsibility for cloaked items.

 

Where rides are on site, rides will be ridden at patrons own Risk. Stereosonic

accepts not responsibility for this.

 

Line-up is subject to change without notice and varies in each city.

 

Refunds will not be given for tickets in any case.

 

Drink token refunds will not be issued post event.

 

No third party promotional items including flyers, posters, stickers, wristbands or tickets are permitted.

 

Dangerous activities will not be tolerated. This includes aggressive moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing an climbing. No intimidating behavior will be tolerated including posturing or “surrounding” patrons. Patrons participating in these activities will be evicted without right to re-entry or refund. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities.

 

In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, please follow all official directives

 

If you feel at any time your or anyone else’s health or safety is threatened, please contact the nearest security guard. There are first aid Officers on site at all times who can be contacted by security.

 

The Promoters of the event will not be held liable for any hearing damage or loss. Use earplugs if necessary.

 

The following items are not permitted to be bought on the site by patrons:

 

Glass (not including perfume, medicine or vitamin bottles), Cans, Flares, Fireworks, Glowsticks, Portable seats, Eskies, Dangerous items, Alcohol, Umbrellas, Professional Video Recording Cameras (not including digital cameras), Tape Recorders (not including mobile phones), Weapons/Dangerous Items (does not include studded belts or deodorant), Illicit Drugs, Fireworks, Sporting Equipment, Metal Objects, Stickers & Flyers, Chairs.

 

All bags/containers are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Certain confiscated items can be collected from the cloakroom via security.

Food such as sandwiches, fruit (excluding oranges) and other lunch items can be bought to the event, and also sunscreen.
