The Melbourne Showgrounds venue is conveniently serviced by bus, train, tram and taxi services. The transport services to the venue are also designed to cope effortlessly with numerous visitors. We strongly suggest patrons use the special train services available to Melbourne Showgrounds on the day of the event.
No camping is permitted on festival grounds or in surrounding areas. Patrons are required to leave the festival grounds at the end of each days entertainment.
Parking is available for $10 at the Melbourne Showgrounds. Please enter via Leonard Crescent off Langs rd.

Melbourne Showgrounds are accessible by two bus services:
Bus No. 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops along Langs Road and Epsom Road
Bus No. 404 (Footscray to Moonee Ponds) stops on the corner of Epsom and Ascot Vale Roads.
Stereosonic Train Services will be operating to and from Melbourne Showgrounds on the day of the event. Please find journey details below:
Trains will depart from Southern Cross Station regularly every 10 minutes between 11:15 am and 4:35pm.
Trains will depart from Melbourne Showgrounds every 5 minutes between 8:30pm and 11pm.

The No. 57 tram (West Maribyrnong to Elizabeth Street, City) stops at the main entrance (Gate 1) of Melbourne Showgrounds on Epsom Road.

YES, there will also be an ATM Machine area within the event site that will be accessible to all patrons.
Please bring ample cash with you as we also tend to run out of cash at these events so please be prepared and don’t rely on cash access or availability all day.
Numerous and an ample amount of portable toilets will be available at the event for patron use. There will be more that one location around the site of portable toilets so they can be accessed easily throughout the event. All toilet areas will also cater to disabled /mobility impaired persons.
When at an event please plan your toilet trips as they may be queues. Public urination and improper conduct will result in ejection from the event and police fines. There will also be downloadable map available at the event website that shows locations closer to the event date.
Assorted table and chair seating will be available within the event site. No raised seating will be permitted onto the event site.
Food and beverage stands are located throughout the event. Cash accepted. Free water refill stations will be situated throughout the venue. Please refer to Stereosonic map for exact locations.
Official Stereosonic merchandise will be available for purchase prior to the festival from www.stereosonicmerch.com.au as well as from merchandise stands throughout the duration of the festival.

Yes, bag checks will be carried out upon entry to event and there will be no pass outs issued.
Yes. Please note smoking inside enclosed areas is prohibited. Smoking is at your own risk and you are expected to abide by health laws pertaining to smoking.

NO, there are no pass outs given at the event. Once you leave the event you will not be allowed back in.
