Whilst Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne stay in current venues and continue to increase crowds at rapid rates, Brisbane gets a facelift and moves to the prestigious Eagle Farm Racecourse. After years of attempts, Stereosonic has finally secured this venue for what is an exciting and absolutely stunning addition to the Stereosonic venue list. Easily accessible with a train stop out front, it's a welcome new venue to the Brisbane festival circuit. Co-presented by Family, Sunset Events, Electric Circus and Limelite, the Steresonic family is truly a national one, taking the best in local and overseas talent, venues and crowds to make the Stereosonic experience unforgettable.

IMPORTANT FESTIVAL INFORMATION
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Stereosonic is a LICENSED 18+ EVENT only. No exceptions.
VALID/CURRENT Photo ID is required (Passport, Australian Photo Driver License, Keypass or WA Proof of Age Card) for entry. Student University cards WILL NOT be accepted.
There are strictly NO PASSOUTS at all Stereosonic events.
All patrons and staff will be wrist-banded on entry to the event. ANY patrons with no wristband that are on site will be ejected immediately.
No alcohol or drugs are permitted to be brought onto the site. Any persons believed to be under the influence of either of these, whether actually under the influence or not, will be refused entry into the event. Stereosonic reserve’s the right to admission of all patrons.
No liquids are permitted on site for security reasons. There is free water on site. No food, alcohol or beverages are allowed to be brought onto the site.
No weapons, glass, metal objects, fireworks, glowsticks, laser pointers, umbrellas, portable seats, hampers, eskies, sporting equipment or dangerous goodies are permitted on site.
No animals are permitted on site (apart from authorised guide/companion dogs). No flyers or other promotional material to be brought on site.
No toys, (including toys on keyrings), plush animals or stuffed toys.
Stereosonic has a “TOPS ON” policy. Anyone not wearing tops (singlet, t-shirt etc…) will be rejected at the gate. Anyone inside the event not wearing a top will have their wristband removed and will be ejected from the event.
Any intimidating behaviour including posturing or “surrounding” patrons will not be tolerated.
Please arrive and depart in an orderly fashion and respect our neighbours, so we can return next year.
You may be filmed at this event for the purposes at the sole discretion of Stereosonic.
Stereosonic will not take responsibilty for cloaked items.
Where rides are on site, rides will be ridden at patrons own Risk. Stereosonic accepts not responsibility for this.
Line-up is subject to change without notice and varies in each city.
Refunds will not be given for tickets in any case.
No recording devices such as video cameras or audio recorders are allowed on site.
Any and all footage taken by patrons on camera, mobile phone or any recording device is subject to Copyright Laws. Stereosonic and its artists give no permission for filming, photographing or any recordings. Where used in any public medium without written authorisation from Stereosonic, Stereosonic may prosecute.
Some events are subject to approval from the Liquor Licensing Commission or Office of Liquor and Gaming etc...

TRAIN

EVENT SHUTTLE BUSSES
A Private Event Shuttle Bus will run during the all during the event times between Chalmers St, Central Station SYDNEY and the Event Bus Loop at Area 2 Moore Park.
THE WAY IN: 11.30am-4.30pm
THE WAY OUT: 8pm-11.30pm
PUBLIC BUSSES
STA Busses will run past the event site along Anzac Parade as per normal schedule.

CHARTER BUSSES
If you and your crew have chartered a bus from your part of the world, you can get dropped off and picked up at:
- 1. Moore Park Road adjacent to the Sydney Football Stadium
- 2. Set Down Area on northern end of Driver Avenue
THERE IS NO BUS PARKING PERMITTED IN THE EVENT AND SURROUNDING PRECINT ROADWAYS
Busses are not allowed on Cook Road and Lang Road east of Errol Flynn Boulevard due to roadway load limit restrictions.
CAR
EVENT CAR PARKING
There will be one (1) event car park utilised for the event:
- Entertainment Quarter Car Park
- Errol Flynn Boulevard, Moore Park
The Car Parks will be user pays where usual costs will apply.
TAXIS
A taxi rank will be provided on Driver Avenue, north of the northern turning circle. It will be serviced by Silver Service and Legion Taxis and managed by traffic controller /security to ensure pedestrian safety.
Taxis services are aware of peak ingress and egress times for the event.

PUBLIC PICK UP POINT
There is a ‘Public Set Down Area’ on Driver Avenue, north of the northern turning circle. All Parent and private pickups are advised to be planned from this point.

Pedestrian access to the event is via:
- From Oxford Street or Surry Hills to Driver Avenue via Moore Park Road and Kippax Lake Moore Park
- From EQ Car Park via Errol Flynn Boulevard, Byron Kennedy Lane and Driver Avenue

TRAIN
“STEREOSONIC EXPRESS” The best way to get to Stereosonic is by train.
Take the train to Claremont Showground direct. Additional train services on the Fremantle, Perth, Midland and Armadale lines are scheduled for the event. For information regarding event services, call the Transperth InfoLine on 13 62 13.
BUS
Timetabled bus services will operate across the Transperth network. For bus times call the Transperth InfoLine on 13 62 13.
CAR
Parking is available at the Claremont Railway Reserve. Additional parking is available at the Claremont Football Club (Davies Road) for $12.00 per vehicle. Please note that the Football Club carpark closes at midnight.
ENTRY
You may enter Stereosonic either via the Railway Station gate or by the Gate number 1 at the corner of Graylands and Shenton Roads.

HOW TO GET THERE
TRAIN – “STEREOSONIC EXPRESS”
We encourage you all to take the STEREOSONIC EXPRESS train from Southern Cross Station (Spencer St), Platform 12. It's fast, cheap and on OUTPHASE, it's impossible to get a tram or bus or taxi, you could be walking or waiting for an hour. On OUTPHASE you may have to wait 15-20 minutes at the Showgrounds Train station, as we can only load one train at a time, please be patient, and wait.
BUS
Bus stops are conveniently located on Langs Road and Epsom Road. Bus service number 472 travels between Williamstown and Moonee Ponds via Footscray along Langs Road.
TRAM
Yarra Trams number 57 Tram leaves Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, and travels along Epsom Road to the Main Gate. CAR
Car Parking is available on site. Enter from Langs Rd and costs $10. Road access is 15 minutes from the city via Flemington and Racecourse Roads, or off City Link at Racecourse Road.
ENTRY
You may enter Stereosonic through the main entrance off Epsom Rd. If taking the train you will get off at Showgrounds station and be directed to the main gate (200m away).

The venue is a 10-minute walk from the city off Port Road (off West Terrace).

HOW TO GET THERE
TRAIN
We encourage you all to take the train. Extended services from Bowen Hills to Ascot Station are in effect and return from event to Bowen Hills. Trains will run every 30 minutes from 10:30am til 5:30pm.
On OUTPHASE, special train services will run from Ascot Station to the City stopping at Fortitude Valley, Central and Roma Street Station’s. Train services will depart Ascot station from 2030hrs. Last train will be at approximately 2230hrs.
The promoters encourage all patrons attending this event to check the departure times of all trains from Central Station to ensure they allow themselves are reasonable time to get the required connection.
BUS
Bus services are completely limited due to a Sunday. 30 buses will be departing the event from 6pm to Fortitude Valley - Bus Stop 216 - Anne and Gipps Street.
These buses will depart from Lancaster Road and travel to Fortitude Valley on an increased loop service from 8pm.
Last bus will leave Lancaster Rd at Eagle Farm Racecourse at approximately 2230hrs. CAR
There is limited car parking off Lancaster Road via MacGill Avenue. Again, we encourage all patrons to take public transport. There will be a charge to use the car park provided.
